Processing Time
Your custom portrait is meticulously crafted within 4–6 days, with every detail treated like fine art.
If you’ve selected a premium print on photo-grade paper or canvas, please allow an additional 5–7 days for printing and delivery.

Shipping Fees
We offer FREE SHIPPING nationwide—no hidden charges.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, we will contact you to reschedule delivery. Please note, additional fees may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

We work with trusted courier services such as Evri to ensure your portrait is delivered safely and on time.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please notify us within 24 hours. Kindly send clear photos and a video of the damaged item to help us investigate. If confirmed, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
