Refund Policy

As our products are made to order and 100% personalized to the customer we do not accept returns or refunds on our portraits. However, if you are unhappy with your portrait we urge you to let us know when you receive your email preview, so we can make any edits before it is sent out. This is the final time this can be requested for free without any further costs. 

Return Policy for Damaged Canvases and Prints:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you should send us a video while you open the box or the wrap that will show us that the product was already damaged before you even opened it.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
Kindly note that exchanges are not permitted, as each portrait is individually crafted and customized to the client's specifications.
